Player Registration is open!

The online process will allow you to register and submit payment for all of your players in a single session. Please note that this process requires payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover or PayPal (accepts eCheck) account to pay for fees and complete the registration. Your credit card charge for this transaction will read "SPORTS REG".

IMPORTANT:
Parents of a player on a Travel team need to download and complete a new Consent to Treat form for each player registered for the 2009-2010 season. This form will be collected prior to the beginning of the season. You will receive further communication after registration regarding the collection of this form.

SYHA will be scheduling a mandatory parent meeting during the first two weeks of pre-skates for Mites, Squirts, Girls U10, PeeWee, Girls U12 and Bantams in early September.

2009-2010 Consent to Treat Form

New Recreation League Available

For the 2009-10 Minnesota Hockey will be offering a recreation league for Squirt through Bantam aged players as an alternative to the traditional travel model offered through the associations.

* Low cost $350 - $450

* One game per week - Saturday, One practice on a weekday

* Centralized location in your area

This program does not require waivers.

2009-10 Registration Information

Registration for all levels will be available beginning August 1st, 2009 via this website. Online registration requires a credit card to complete the process. Registration fees will be paid online as part of the reigstration process.

NOTE: You will also be required to turn in a "Deposit" check for your Volunteer time. This check will be returned at the end of the season assuming you have completed your 18 Volunteer hours.

Bantam, U12, PeeWee, U10 and Squirts

Bantams (7/01/94-6/30/96) $325
($275 Registration + $50 Fundraiser)

PeeWees/Girls U12 (7/01/96-6/30/98) $325

Includes District 6 Fees USA Hockey and MN Hockey Fees. Does not include Ice Bills. The $75 jersey fee will be on the ice bills and split between the first three bills.

Mite Level 1 / 2 / 3
ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY - NO IN-PERSON REGISTRATION
IMPORTANT: Anyone born 7/01/00 or later will fall into the MITE levels. If you are a 1st year player (regardless of date of birth) you should register for Mite 1. Otherwise you may use the grade level guidelines below when registering. Please note that the skaters will be evaluated, and these levels may change (with the fees changing accordingly).

Mite 3 (2nd & 3rd grade) $320

Lady Sabers - Girls only Mite team (1st, 2nd & 3rd grade with at least 1 year of hockey experience) that will also play other District 6 teams. $320

Mite 1 (Pre-K, K or 1st year player) $150

Peer Grade Placement – optional move-up for players with birthdates between July 1–August 31 and relative to the appropriate grade level. Please see SYHA Bylaws on website for details.

New to the association? - If you are a new player registering with SYHA – you will need to provide a copy of the players state issued/government issued Birth Certificate (hospital/church certificates can not be accepted).

Fundraiser Fee - $50 Fundraiser Fee per player, with a $100 per Family Limit. Exception: No Fundraiser Fee for Mite 1 Players.

Volunteer Hours - Each family must fulfill 18 volunteer hours.
