The online process will allow you to register and submit payment for all of your players in a single session. Please note that this process requires the use of a credit card, eCheck or PayPal account to pay for fees and complete the registration. Your credit card charge for this transaction will read "SPORTS REG". IMPORTANT:
Parents need to download and complete a new Consent to Treat form and Liability Waiver form for each player registered for the 2008-2009 season. These forms will be collected prior to the beginning of the season. You will receive further communication after registration regarding the collection of these forms.
SYHA will be scheduling an all Parent mandatory meeting during the first two weeks of pre-skates for Squirts, Girls U10, PeeWee, Girls U12 and Bantams in early September. There will be a Mite meeting in mid October.

2008-09 Registration Information
Registration for all levels will be available beginning August 1st, 2008 via this website. Online registration requires a credit card to complete the process. Registration fees will be paid online as part of the reigstration process.
NOTE: You will also be required to turn in a "Deposit" check for your Volunteer time. This check will be returned at the end of the season assuming you have completed your 16 Volunteer hours.

Register between Aug. 1-24. A $35 late fee will apply on or after Aug 25 and later.
Mite Level 1 / 2 / 3
Online registration starting 8/1 and one optional in-person registration for Mites only on Sept. 20 from 11:00 AM -12:00 PM at the Shakopee Ice Arena.
IMPORTANT: Anyone born 7/01/99 or later will fall into the MITE levels. If you are a 1st year player (regardless of date of birth) you should register for Mite 1. Otherwise you may use the general date of birth guidelines below when registering. Please note that the skaters will be evaluated, and these levels may change (with the fees changing accordingly).
Register from Aug. 1 to Oct. 12. A $35 late fee will apply on or after Oct. 13.
Mite 3 (7/1/99-6/30/01) $295

Peer Grade Placement – optional move-up for players with birthdates between July 1–August 31 and relative to the appropriate grade level. Please see SYHA Bylaws on website for details.
New to the association? - If you are a new player registering with SYHA – you will need to provide a copy of the players state issued/government issued Birth Certificate (hospital/church certificates can not be accepted). If you are planning to attend the in person registration you can also print and complete the Liability Waiver form from the website prior to attending the in-person session.
